يتولى أخصائي المبيعات مسؤولية تطوير علاقات قوية مع العملاء، وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات من خلال تقديم المنتجات والخدمات بطريقة احترافية تلبي احتياجات العملاء وتسهم في زيادة الحصة السوقية للشركة

المهام والمسؤوليات الوظيفة

البحث عن عملاء جدد وتوسيع قاعدة العملاء من خلال الزيارات والمكالمات والاجتماعات.
فهم احتياجات العملاء وتقديم العروض المناسبة لهم.
الترويج لمنتجات وخدمات الشركة وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات المعتمدة.
إعداد العروض التجارية والتفاوض على الأسعار وشروط التعاقد.
متابعة تنفيذ الصفقات والتأكد من رضا العملاء بعد البيع.
إعداد تقارير دورية عن نشاطات المبيعات والتوقعات.
بناء علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء وتعزيز مستوى رضاهم.
متابعة السوق والمنافسين واقتراح الفرص التحسينية.
الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات الشركة وتمثيلها بشكل مهني.

المهارات المطلوبة

درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو تخصص ذو علاقة.

خبرة من 1 إلى 3 سنوات في المبيعات (حسب متطلبات الجهة).

مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة عالية على الإقناع والتفاوض.

القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتحقيق الأهداف.

إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي وبرامج الـOffice.

يفضل إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
