Our products are engineered to provideextremely high-speed wireless links without the need for extensive ground infrastructure.

Job Description

At ATHEER Connectivity , we are revolutionizing wireless networking with our mmWave solutions , delivering fiber-like wireless to ISPs and enterprises. As we expand, we are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Specialist to help grow our customer base and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and engage potential customers, including ISPs, enterprises, telecom operators, and system integrators .
  • Generate and qualify leads, build a strong sales pipeline, and close new business deals .
  • Work with pre-sales engineers to develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Present and pitch Atheer’s wireless networking products to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, pricing proposals, and agreements .

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns and networking events .
  • Maintain and build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Understand customer needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling .
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the sales process .
  • Market Research & Sales Strategy

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands .
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to improve sales strategies.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with customer interactions and sales progress.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in telecom, networking, or wireless solutions .
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills .
  • Understanding of wireless networking, solutions, or telecom services is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking software .
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and networking events .
