Sales Employee for a luxury home-furnishing brand’s retail showroom in Riyadh City. The Sales

Employee is responsible for creating an outstanding, customer-centric experience by

understanding client needs, presenting products effectively, and meeting individual sales targets.

This role supports the showroom manager in day-to-day operations, helps maintain product

displays, and contributes to a positive team atmosphere.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Greet and engage clients, assess their requirements, and recommend suitable furniture
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, follow up on leads, and secure sales with favorable payment

terms.

  • Consistently achieve and exceed personal sales targets and contribute to overall

    • showroom revenue.

  • Maintain showroom presentation standards—ensure products are displayed attractively

    • and inventory levels are monitored.

  • Update CRM with client interactions, feedback, and sales data; assist in preparing

    • weekly / monthly sales reports and KPIs.

  • Participate in showroom events, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Stay informed about product features, luxury market trends, and competitors’ offerings;

    • share insights with the team.

  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to execute visual merchandising plans.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the showroom manager.
