Sales Manager - Hardware - KSA

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve assigned sales targets and increase market share for the assigned product portfolio.
• Implement the sales and marketing strategy in the assigned territory.
• Ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Increase market share and correct product positioning.
• Plan, direct, supervise and control the activities of the sales team reporting to him.
• Maintain a proper prospective system to ensure all customer contacts are followed up and converted into effective sales.
• Ensure high morale and motivation of the sales team.
• Work closely with the sales team to communicate plans and monitor implementation.
