Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve assigned sales targets and increase market share for the assigned product portfolio. Implement the sales and marketing strategy in the assigned territory. Ensure achievement of sales targets. Increase market share and correct product positioning. Plan, direct, supervise and control the activities of the sales team reporting to him. Maintain a proper prospective system to ensure all customer contacts are followed up and converted into effective sales. Ensure high morale and motivation of the sales team. Work closely with the sales team to communicate plans and monitor implementation. Qualifications
Graduate with MBA or B.Sc. with marketing specialization from a reputed institute. At least 8-10 years sales and marketing experience in the IT hardware industry. Leadership skills. Excellent level of speaking & written English. Communication skills, computer literate. Knowledge of using HP computers. Driving license. Influencing, persuading, negotiating and hard worker. Managing an independent business and therefore should have both sales and marketing experience.
