Account Manager / Business Development Manager

We’re looking for a commercially-minded relationship builder to join our team in Riyadh. This hybrid role blends account management and business development, with a strong focus on deepening relationships with banks and lenders, driving performance, and unlocking new opportunities through cross-selling. You’ll be responsible for managing key accounts, ensuring our partners are supported and successful, while also identifying and negotiating new commercial opportunities. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who understands the financial services landscape in Saudi and knows how to turn relationships into results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage relationships with key banking and lending partners in KSA, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Ensure partners are fully supported and engaged, driving adoption and performance across Tarabut’s product suite.
• Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities, working with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet partner needs.
• Negotiate and close commercial deals that align with our strategic goals and deliver long-term value.
• Leverage your market knowledge and network to support strategic growth and deepen Tarabut’s presence in the Saudi financial ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Product, Commercial, and Marketing teams to deliver go-to-market strategies and ensure partner success.
• Represent Tarabut externally at industry events, forums, and partner meetings, building brand visibility and credibility.
• Provide regular feedback and insights from partners to inform product development and strategic decisions.
