Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in B2G business development , building strategic relationships with government entities, and driving large-scale projects that align with national transformation priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage pursuit activities for business opportunities across Saudi Arabia.

Develop and execute tactical plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.

Identify and secure new business opportunities within the public sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key government stakeholders, decision-makers, and partners.

Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on the Maximus business model, ensuring alignment with client needs and national objectives.

Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Legal, HR, IT, and others) to ensure smooth contracting and implementation cycles.

Drive strategic account planning, forecasting, and reporting to support business development objectives.

Contribute to continuous improvement through market insights, innovation, and process optimization.

Support cross-functional collaboration to develop tailored solutions that address public sector needs.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Proven experience in business development or sales within the public sector (B2G) .

Strong understanding of government operations, procurement processes, and stakeholder engagement.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Commercial acumen with the ability to translate business opportunities into actionable growth strategies.

Strong leadership and project management skills.

Proficient in MS Office.

Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).

Experience Advantage

Experience managing or supporting large-scale, multi-year public sector programs involving multiple vendors or agencies.
