Role Overview Women Choice is seeking a results-driven and mission-aligned Sales and Business Development Manager – KSA to lead growth and partnerships in Saudi Arabia. The role expands corporate and institutional collaborations, drives participation in programs and events, and strengthens Women Choice’s footprint across the Kingdom. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with strong business acumen, a strategic mindset, and a passion for women’s empowerment.
Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Strategy
Develop and execute localized sales strategies aligned with Women Choice’s mission and growth plans in KSA.
Identify potential corporate, government, and ecosystem partners aligned with Vision 2030 goals.
Track and report KPIs, pipeline progress, and conversion metrics.
Collaborate with the global sales and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across initiatives.
Business Development & Partnerships
Identify, pitch, and secure new partnerships and sponsorships across sectors.
Represent Women Choice in business development meetings, industry events, and stakeholder discussions.
Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and partnership packages tailored to the Saudi market.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and institutions.
Lead sales efforts for Women Choice programs in KSA, including leadership accelerators, summits, and workshops.
Coordinate closely with program and marketing teams to deliver high-quality partner and participant experiences.
Oversee local outreach campaigns to engage corporate clients, women professionals, and ecosystem partners.
Qualifications & Skills
5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, preferably within the CSR, NGO, or DEI sectors.
Proven track record in closing high-value partnerships and managing corporate relationships.
Deep understanding of the Saudi market and Vision 2030 priorities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Arabic and English
Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or similar platforms.
Entrepreneurial, proactive, and highly organized with strong stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Existing network within the corporate sustainability, government, or women empowerment ecosystem in KSA.
Experience working with international or regional organizations.
