Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales processes for the whole team from opportunity identification through contract and terms and conditions up to invoicing and payment collection. Provide direction for day-to-day operational activities. Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with decision-makers. Identify new opportunities and create sales analytics. Set action plans for the team and ensure implementation to achieve targets. Prepare and submit performance reports on a weekly basis. Qualifications
Academic Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronic, communication, mechatronics, or industrial engineering. 5-7 years’ experience in Project Sales, selling electrical material and equipment or related products. Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills. Team building skills. Fluent in English and Arabic. Benefits
