Sales Engineer Job Description and Requirements Description : Principal Accountabilities : Responsible for sales and promotion of FlowconME valves & accessories in the assigned territory. Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and recommending solutions to enhance FlowconME business. Identify business opportunities by establishing contacts with new and existing corporate customers. Specify our products with the consultants / clients by adding our brand’s name to the vendor list. Grow the revenue & gross margin as per the company targets and plans. Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth. Be aware of competitor activities / their products and discuss the data with the Regional Manager to facilitate strategic planning. Provide technical product support and evaluate project needs and specifications. Make appropriate product selections for projects. Prepare sales reports, daily visit reports, project projections, and prognosis. Coordinate with the accounts department for payment follow-up and collections. Perform other duties as assigned by the Management Team. Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Experience) : Degree / Diploma in Engineering. Technical knowledge about MEP products, preferably HVAC. Good communication skills. Fluency in English. Computer skills. Valid KSA Driving License. Strong network of MEP Contractors / Consultants in KSA.
