We are seeking a motivated Human Resource Executive with a minimum of 2 years' experience to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Conduct job analysis and create detailed job descriptions. Maintain and update employee records in our HR system. Assist with onboarding processes and employee orientation. Support HR initiatives and company policies to enhance employee engagement. Facilitate communication between management and employees on HR-related issues. Job Specification
