Responsibilities

• Develop and baseline the IDS for the assigned district / workstream in line with strategic milestones and BOD-approved phasing
• Manage monthly IDS updates and coordinate timely handover to CDU for IMS integration
• Collaborate with internal teams and consultants to ensure schedule accuracy, scope alignment, and interface management
• Identify dependencies and support schedule risk assessments to inform planning strategies
• Participate in Stage Gate reviews by ensuring IDS alignment with CMP / DMP and CDU gating requirements
• Provide schedule insights and reporting inputs to support executive dashboards and planning reviews
• Manage planning resources for the assigned scope and contribute to continuous improvement across the MDU planning function
