Senior Manager - Structures and Roads

JASARA Program Management Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager – Structures and Roads to join our ambitious team. As a joint venture between the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, JASARA is committed to elevating the delivery of Social Infrastructure programs across Saudi Arabia, aligning with the transformative Vision 2030 initiative. Our approach focuses on performance excellence, innovative solutions, and collaboration, enabling us to tackle some of the most exciting and complex programs in the world. As a Senior Manager in Structures and Roads, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a diverse range of projects, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and deliver impactful results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, government entities, and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of infrastructure projects that improve the lives of citizens and contribute to the Kingdom's ambitious development goals. Your leadership will foster a culture of continuous improvement while driving operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability across all initiatives we undertake.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage structural and road engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Oversee the preparation and review of engineering plans, specifications, and reports.
• Implement risk management strategies to identify potential challenges and mitigate impacts on project timelines and deliverables.
• Foster relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies and contractors, to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in infrastructure project management with a focus on structures and roads.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices relevant to civil infrastructure.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale, complex projects in the civil engineering industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage teams effectively.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools to enhance project delivery.
• Knowledge of local regulations, standards, and practices applicable in Saudi Arabia.
