Role overview :

We are looking for an outcome focussed Technical Program Manager to work directly with the CTO in leading the execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives within the technology organization. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of programs, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring progress across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate will have :

• A strong background in technical program management.
• Familiarity in working within a high-volume online transactional environment.
• Exceptional coordination skills and be familiar working within a product and platform orientated environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, both internal and external (clients).
• The ability to drive clarity and outcomes in dynamic environments as well as tracking the benefits.
• Strong financial control and governance.
