We are looking for a Sales Director – B2B to lead our national business-to-business sales efforts. This is a strategic leadership role that requires a results-driven, visionary leader with deep sales management experience in B2B markets, ideally within the lubricants industry.
Key Responsibilities Summary
1. Planning & Strategy
- Develop and execute B2B sales plans aligned with ALC’s strategic goals
- Design and implement sales roadmaps to drive disciplined, sustainable growth
- Set and monitor sales and gross margin targets; provide regular performance analysis
2. Sales Management
Lead national sales forecasting, performance tracking, and resource allocationManage key customer negotiations and oversee the entire B2B product portfolioDrive distributor performance and implement Castrol’s Energizer Sales Methodology3. Business Development
Identify and secure new business opportunities to support long-term growthStrengthen dealer relationships and ensure broad market coverage through innovative approaches4. Customer Relationship Management
Resolve high-impact customer issues to maintain retention and protect market positionCollaborate with marketing to execute campaigns and maximize product visibilityUphold strong client relationships and brand standards across operations5. Budget Management
Develop and manage the B2B Sales budgetPropose strategies that enhance financial outcomes and reduce operational risk6. Policies, Processes & Continuous Improvement
Recommend and implement sales policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiencyDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costsEnsure day-to-day operations align with internal controls and external regulations7. People Management
