Cross-Carline Feature Support Support the Product Marketing Manager in tracking and evaluating customer facing cross-carline features – such as HMI, ADAS, subscriptions, etc. – to ensure competitiveness and alignment with CEER’s brand direction. Conduct benchmarking on related features across the automotive industry and summarize key findings to support internal evaluations. Closely cooperate with Product Managers and other relevant departments to support consistency in grade walk strategy and feature deployment across all products. Configurator Development Support : Support the development of CEER’s vehicle configurator by coordinating all product-related marketing input – includes feature definitions, grade structure and key storytelling elements. Assist in liaising with Product Marketing and cross-functional teams (Design, Brand, IT, Sales and Legal) external vendors to ensure accurate and timely delivery of configurator-related content. Contribute to regularly reviewing and validating how features, options, and grades are represented in the configurator from a customer perspective. Naming Implementation Support : Contribute to the implementation of consistent naming strategies across models, trims and features by coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. Support the creation and maintenance of naming list and assist in checking how names and related texts are used in the HMI system to ensure accuracy and consistency. Key Performance Indicators : Timely and complete delivery of assigned tasks Clear and accurate research and benchmarking outputs Effective coordination with teams and vendors Strong attention to detail across all deliverables Qualifications

Education : Degree in engineering, or other related disciplines. Experience : Approximately 5 years of experience in product marketing, product planning or a related role in the automotive or technology industry. Automotive Product Knowledge : Understanding of customer-facing vehicle features such as HMI, ADAS, subscriptions and digital interfaces like configurators. Customer & Market Insight : Ability to gather and interpret customer research, conduct benchmarking and analyze competitive insights to support product decisions and ensure alignment of features with customer expectations. Coordination Skills : Strong organizational skills to track input, manage deliverables and follow up with stakeholders and vendors, multitask across projects, and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. Communication Skills : Clear written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to support internal alignment and documentation. Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment with cross functional teams, supporting team goals while achieving individual targets. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively. Proactivity : Shows initiative in tracking tasks, raising issues early and proposing solutions within defined responsibilities. Driving License : Valid Saudi Arabian driver’s license with a clean driving record. What We Offer
