About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Marketing Specialist to lead and execute the full marketing mix across brand, product, and demand-generation activities. This role is critical in driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and positioning our cybersecurity services as the trusted choice for businesses in the region.
As a key member of the marketing team, you will manage end-to-end campaign development, content creation, digital marketing, and event management, ensuring measurable impact on lead pipeline and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Own the marketing mix across brand, product, and demand generation for all customer segments.
- Develop and deliver integrated, data-driven marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Campaign Management
Launch and manage campaigns across content, email, paid media, SEO / SEM, and social media.Monitor, measure, and optimise campaign performance against CPL, pipeline contribution, and ROI.Content Development
Produce impactful content in both Arabic and English, including case studies, white papers, blogs, and video scripts.Ensure content reflects the company’s brand positioning and engages target audiences effectively.Events & Partnerships
Plan and execute industry events, trade shows, and webinars.Manage partner co-marketing initiatives to strengthen visibility and influence.Marketing Technology & Analytics
Manage and optimise marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and dashboards.Deliver weekly reports to leadership with actionable insights and recommendations.Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is a plus).5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the cybersecurity, IT, or technology sector.Proven track record in multi-channel campaign management.Strong content development skills in both Arabic and English.Hands-on experience with events, webinars, and partner marketing.Expertise in HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEO / SEM, and paid media tools.Analytical mindset with excellent reporting and presentation skills.Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
