Job Requirements :

• A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on roles within startups and technology-focused organizations.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive user acquisition and brand engagement.
• Expertise in digital marketing tools and technologies, including analytics and campaign management platforms, along with a robust understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage media buying processes effectively and efficiently to maximize advertising ROI and reach.
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing and influencer engagement strategies, including establishing partnerships with key opinion leaders and brand ambassadors.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills, with experience in crafting compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
• Proven experience in managing public relations initiatives, including securing media coverage and managing corporate communications.
• Familiarity with growth hacking tools and methodologies, demonstrating innovative and resourceful approaches to scaling marketing operations and outreach.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives across the organization.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data insights to inform decision-making and optimize marketing performance.
