JOB TITLE : Marketing Manager- RUMCo. MENAT
Raghad Holding Company (RUMCo.) is a wholesale distributor across pharmaceutical, medical, cosmeceutical products, Food & Beverages, IT and Event Management sectors, with headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and subsidiaries including Raghad Medical United Co., Raghad Trading Group, MasHub Events, NeoGenesis Saudi Arabia, Boخarest Black Cafe & Restaurant and MacQuires.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing and overseeing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and analyzing customer data. The role involves working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Additional responsibilities include budget management, content creation, and monitoring market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
Main purpose of the job
Responsible for the overall direction of the marketing function for RUMCo. and all subsidiaries in the MENAT region, including planning, development and implementation of marketing strategies and programs in areas such as market research, sales promotion, pricing, advertising and public relations, product mix and coordinating with other departments that perform market-related activities.
Responsibilities
- Develop a vision and implement strategies for RUMCo. and all subsidiaries that align with Group priorities and growth objectives.
- Grow the business faster than the market average, increase market share and consolidate profitability.
- Assist the sales team in developing business plans for territory growth.
- Manage and drive collaboration with the global head offices.
- Develop and manage relationships with key opinion leaders and champions to gain international recognition for partners.
- Attend and contribute to monthly reviews on company performance and ad hoc operational issues.
- Manage and develop all social and business media channels.
- Ensure compliance with Enhanced Compliance policy and local regulatory requirements.
- Launch new products within agreed time frames to maintain market leader position.
- Determine territory revenue and develop strategies with distributor networks for each market.
- Develop and implement approved budgets and manage the division's P&L.
- Develop working relationships with key government stakeholders to ensure regulatory alignment.
- Optimize inventory policy to reduce stock write-offs.
- Set targets for the sales team and monitor performance.
- Demonstrate urgency and transparency in issue management; collaborate with GBU and divisions on broader implications.
- Manage, support and develop staff; create competitive intelligence within the business unit.
- Lead transformation processes and drive campaigns to improve customer retention and acquisition, including branding, content, product marketing, and competitive analysis.
- Serve as a brand custodian and maintain marketing databases; ensure regular communication with sales and technical teams.
- Contribute to company-wide programs and opportunities as a member of the executive team.
Required minimum Education and Experience
Education : Minimum a Bachelor's degree (preferably marketing or management related); postgraduate degree (MBA) preferred.Competent in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).Strong financial management and budgetary control understanding.Experience : At least 5-7 years in marketing management; experience with product launches; experience in Middle East markets; self-starter who can work independently and in a team; fluent in English and Arabic.Competencies, skills and knowledge
