Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead BirdEye’s marketing strategy, brand positioning, and demand generation efforts. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with analytical skills, and play a key role in driving awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with BirdEye’s business goals.
- Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, events, PR).
- Strengthen BirdEye’s brand presence across KSA and GCC markets.
- Manage content creation, messaging, and storytelling for B2B audiences.
- Analyze marketing performance, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns for ROI.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and partnerships teams to ensure go-to-market alignment.
- Lead BirdEye’s participation in key industry events (e.g., LEAP, NTDP, etc.).
- Oversee marketing budget, vendors, and agency relationships.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.5+ years of experience in marketing (preferably SaaS, retail-tech, or B2B).Strong knowledge of digital marketing, performance marketing, and brand management.Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.Experience in the Saudi / GCC market is highly preferred.Seniority level
