Release & Deployment Management Lead

Lead and manage the end-to-end release and deployment lifecycle of ART’s IT applications and infrastructure. Ensure smooth planning, coordination, testing, and rollout of releases into production, while minimizing business disruption and ensuring system stability. Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enforce the Release & Deployment Management framework, policies, and procedures in alignment with ITIL and enterprise standards. Plan, schedule, and coordinate releases across multiple applications, environments, and business units to ensure timely and controlled deployment. Act as the central coordination hub during release windows, ensuring seamless collaboration between development, testing, infrastructure, and operations teams. Oversee deployment activities, including validation, rollback planning, risk assessment, and post-deployment reviews. Monitor deployment dashboards and alerts to identify risks or performance issues during rollout. Manage and communicate release plans, timelines, and status updates to IT leadership and key stakeholders. Prepare and deliver Release Reports (deployment success rates, downtime incidents, rollback actions, recovery times). Ensure releases are fully tested, approved, and documented before going live. Drive automation and optimization in release and deployment processes to improve speed, reliability, and efficiency. Mentor and guide team members in best practices for release management, ensuring compliance with governance and security standards. Job requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science / engineering, or other related fields 5-7 years of related experience Seniority level
