On behalf of our client, we are looking for a CEO Assistant.
Job Summary :
The CEO Assistant will provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Chief Executive Officer, ensuring smooth daily operations, effective communication, and efficient coordination across departments. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities :
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
Coordinate and follow up on internal and external communications.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle documents with discretion.
Organize and prepare for executive meetings, including gathering documents and taking meeting minutes.
Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal / external stakeholders.
Support in tracking business priorities, projects, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
Handle incoming inquiries, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
Assist in preparing agendas, follow-up reports, and executive summaries.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the CEO.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
Proven previous experience in a similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
