The Role
We need a Sales Manager to grow our customer base and drive revenue. You'll sell our AI recruitment platform to Saudi companies and recruitment agencies, working closely with our Brand Leader who has strong local networks.
What You’ll Do
Sales & Revenue
- Sell Kanz platform to HR teams and recruitment agencies
- Handle full sales process from first call to signed contract
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build pipeline of potential customers
Client Relationships
Conduct product demos and presentationsNegotiate contracts with Saudi companiesAttend industry events and networkingMaintain relationships with existing clientsReporting
Track sales activities in CRM systemProvide weekly pipeline and forecast reportsWork with marketing team on lead generationEssential
