Quality Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

Assists in the development of comprehensive quality improvement programs. Coordinates the development and implementation of institutional / program policies and procedures. Plans and implements improvement projects related to quality priorities. Provides ongoing support to faculty and staff members in quality initiatives. Prepares quality reports and documents as needed. Analyzes various data to facilitate the process of decision making. Follows up the implementation of quality plans and quality improvement projects. Keeps track of FCMS policies and policies to ensure alignment with accepted standards. Updates the documents related to quality standards. Observes opportunities for improving the quality of performances of the existing system and suggests plans for improvement. Coordinates with staff of different departments and drives the group to plan and formulate comprehensive quality improvement procedures. Other duties as assigned within the scope of responsibility and requirements of the job.
