We’re a team of dedicated people driving this mission by providing better, faster, and cheaper ways to access food through technology.  Role overview To function as the Delivery Coordinator at Calo, to organize resources so that deliveries and services are carried out in the most efficient and timely manner possible.

The successful candidate will enable smooth communication between all parties and ensure that delivery is done in a timely manner.

Main Responsibilities Monitor procedures to ensure on-time delivery, customer satisfaction and consistency - escalate concerns and customer satisfaction risks Manage team performance and efficiency and make recommendations for process improvements resulting in increased quality of service and customer satisfaction Oversee training and development of delivery team Organize resources so that deliveries and services are carried out in the utmost efficient and timely manner possible.

Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation Ideal Candidate Qualifications  Must have had a minimum of 1 year of previous proven experience as a logistics coordinator or similar position Must have fleet management experience and is able to manage many vehicles Familiar with optimizing drivers' routes using technology The candidate must have great record-keeping abilities and a customer-oriented approach.

Must have logistics experience in Jeddah Must be currently present in KSA or willing to relocate to KSA  Must be a proficient communicator in English  Must be proficient with Microsoft Office tools  Experience in customer service will be appreciated Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes The ability to communicate in  multiple languages is a major plus  Experience with large, well-known, or international companies is a major advantage Knowledge and competency Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers Devise ways to optimize logistics  procedures  Ensure the smooth operations of a variety of channels, aiming for maximum efficiency.
