As a Senior Quality & Technical Operation Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products, services, and optimizing technical operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, compile, and oversee a range of reports such as SLA reports, Operational Excellence reports, Graylog reports, and additional performance-related reports.
• Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with different teams to understand their reporting needs and provide data-driven insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports.
• Utilize data visualization tools to present data in an understandable and actionable manner.
• Support the team with technical issues related to data and the E-commerce platform.
• Maintain and improve reporting processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist in the implementation of new reporting tools and systems.
• Provide training and support to team members on report generation and data analysis.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in data quality assurance.
