Senior HR Business Partner
to join a high-profile organization delivering transformative projects across Saudi Arabia. This is a strategic HR role where you’ll play a key part in driving employee engagement, performance, and people operations across a major construction or real estate development project. Responsibilities
Serve as the main HR point of contact for project-based employees Oversee onboarding and employee lifecycle processes Lead wellbeing initiatives aligned with organizational values Support performance management and annual review cycles Partner with managers on learning and development needs Ensure compliance with HR policies and Saudi labor laws Prepare reports, data summaries, and key project communications Qualifications
Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role In-depth knowledge of
Saudi Labor Law
and employment practices Experience working in construction, engineering, or real estate sectors Strong interpersonal and advisory skills at all organizational levels Degree-qualified in HR or related field (CIPD or similar preferred) Comfortable working with HRIS platforms – Oracle knowledge is a plus Candidates from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
