The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all HR functions to support business objectives, drive organizational performance, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role includes developing HR strategies, managing recruitment, employee relations, compensation, performance management, training, and supporting the overall employee experience. The HR Manager will act as a trusted advisor to management while also ensuring effective HR operations.

Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
- Advise senior management on workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.
- Ensure HR practices and policies are compliant with Saudi labor law and best practices.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Lead the recruitment process across all levels, ensuring attraction and retention of top talent.Oversee workforce planning, manpower requests, and recruitment campaigns.Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and talent networks.Monitor key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, resolving conflicts fairly and effectively.Develop employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace.Support grievance and disciplinary procedures in line with company policy and legal requirements.Performance Management & Development
Manage the performance appraisal process and support line managers in performance improvement plans.Identify training needs and oversee the implementation of development programs.Support career development and succession planning initiatives.Oversee payroll preparation in coordination with finance and HR operations.Benchmark compensation structures against the market to maintain competitiveness.Manage allowances, incentives, and benefits in compliance with company policies.HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure accurate employee data management in HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).Oversee HR documentation, contracts, and personnel files.Manage compliance with government portals such as GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, and Muqeem.Prepare HR reports and analytics to support executive decision-making.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications such as SHRM / CIPD preferred).Minimum 4 years of progressive HR experience.Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR compliance.Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.Experience with HRIS / ATS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are highly desirable.Seniorities & Job Details
