WHAT MAKES THE ROLE SPECIAL :
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our operations in META (Middle East, Turkey, and Africa). This role will be critical in driving HR strategies that align with business goals, while ensuring full compliance with local laws and delivering an exceptional employee experience.
This role is based on-site and requires office attendance.
YOUR MISSION :
Strategic HR Partnership
- Act as a trusted partner to regional leaders, supporting them in aligning people strategies with business goals. Provide thoughtful guidance on organizational effectiveness, team development, and workforce planning across the Saudi market and META region.
End-to-End Employee Lifecycle Support
Manage the full employee experience from onboarding through performance, development, and offboarding ensuring a smooth, compliant, and engaging process at every stage.Act as the primary HR lead for all Saudi Arabia-related matters, ensuring full compliance with KSA labor laws, Saudization requirements, the Nitaqat program , Iqama issuance and renewal, visa processing, and broader employment regulations.Build and maintain strong working relationships with government entities ( MHRSD, GOSI, MISA, MC , etc.) and ensure accurate, timely use of platforms like QIWA, GOSI, Mudad, and MC .Stay informed of legal and regulatory updates, and proactively manage compliance and risk in all HR operations within the Kingdom.HR Operations & Administration
Oversee day-to-day HR operations including policy implementation, data accuracy, time-off tracking, and system updates. Ensure all employee information is well maintained and aligned with internal and external compliance requirements.Talent & Performance Management
Support leaders in driving a high-performance culture through effective goal setting, regular feedback, development planning, and succession management tailored to regional context while aligning with global standards.Rolling Out Global HR Programs Locally
Help bring global HR strategies to life in the region, adapting initiatives to meet local needs and ensuring successful implementation and adoption.Employee Relations & Advisory Support
Serve as the go-to person for employee relations matters, providing clear and empathetic support to managers and employees, and resolving issues with professionalism and care.Process Improvement & Agility
Look for ways to improve how we work from simplifying processes to introducing better tools or systems.WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE :
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or equivalent HR generalist role, with a strong focus on strategic partnership and cross-functional support.Mandatory experience working in Saudi Arabia in an HRBP capacity, with deep knowledge of KSA labor laws, Nitaqat, Saudization, Iqama / visa processes , and hands-on use of government portals such as QIWA, GOSI, Mudad, and MC.Proven experience contributing to or leading strategic HR projects , including performance management, OKR implementation, organizational design, leadership development, or employee engagement.Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders , including business leaders and cross-functional teams.Comfortable working across multiple roles, functions, and countries , ideally within fast-paced, high-growth environments.Prior experience in a tech company or startup is strongly preferred.Strong business acumen with the ability to translate people strategies into measurable business results.Fluency in both English and Arabic is required .Why Group-IB
