Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Contribute to the development and implementation of Orient KSA marketing objectives and operational plans in line with the company’s strategy set by the CSO.
Cascade the marketing strategy and direction into departmental operational plans and establish key performance indicators to ensure implementation and continuously monitor performance.
Responsible for building & maintain Brand equity of the organization.
Oversee the planning, development and execution of all marketing activities for products and services and ensures using marketing communication tools to create consumer awareness, demand, and strengthen market positioning.
Direct the development & implementation of digital marketing strategy to promote the brand through digital and online distribution channels, to ensure these technologies and tools support marketing activities, create high brand awareness and push relevant information towards targeted audience.
Manage the development and implementation of internal communication standards and practices ensuring the efficient facilitation of internal flow of information.
Ensures securing an effective company-wide communication channels to cascade the message of Orient KSA leadership to its employees.
Identify key areas of market research through external agencies Orient KSA internal resources (as deemed suitable) to gather information about consumer’s perception, competitive standing, market requirements, campaign effectiveness, etc. to ensure availability of pertinent and accurate information for generating key market insights.
Oversee the preparation printed and electronic marketing campaigns in coordination with the relevant divisions.
Lead the process of selection and recommendation of media consultants, agencies and service providers who are needed for implementation of Marketing & Communication plans.
Manager the preparation of strategy briefings decks and presentations for CSO, to provide strategic marketing content for communication internally and externally.
Academic Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or other related fields
Preferred Experience Lead marketing role in insurance with 4+ years of related experience
