Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, experienced, and detail-oriented QHSE Manager to lead the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment operations at our Dammam Medium Voltage products manufacturing facility . The QHSE Manager will ensure compliance with local and international standards, promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement, and support operational efficiency across all departments.

This role is based in Dammam, 3rd Industrial City.

Duties & Responsibilities / What You Will Do

Quality Management

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and CHINT’s global standards.
• Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives across production, engineering, and supply chain.
• Lead internal and external audits and manage corrective / preventive actions.
• Ensure quality control procedures and product inspections meet client and regulatory requirements.
