Job Summary We are seeking a proactive, experienced, and detail-oriented

QHSE Manager

to lead the

Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment

operations at our

Dammam Medium Voltage products manufacturing facility . The QHSE Manager will ensure compliance with local and international standards, promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement, and support operational efficiency across all departments.

This role is based in

Dammam, 3rd Industrial City.

Duties & Responsibilities / What You Will Do Quality Management

Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and CHINT’s global standards.

Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives across production, engineering, and supply chain.

Lead internal and external audits and manage corrective / preventive actions.

Ensure quality control procedures and product inspections meet client and regulatory requirements.

Health & Safety

Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety legislation, standards, and best practices.

Lead risk assessments, safety inspections, incident investigations, and root cause analysis.

Promote safety awareness and lead training sessions for all factory personnel.

Monitor and report on key safety KPIs and performance metrics.

Environmental Management

Oversee implementation of ISO 14001 environmental management system.

Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company sustainability policies.

Manage waste disposal, emissions control, and resource conservation initiatives.

Report environmental performance and recommend improvements.

Leadership & Strategy

Develop and implement QHSE strategies aligned with CHINT’s operational goals.

Lead the QHSE team and collaborate with department heads to instill a strong safety and quality culture.

Provide regular reports to senior management and drive decision-making based on QHSE data insights.

Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies, certification entities, and third-party auditors.

Required Qualifications / This Job Might Be For You If You Have The Below

Minimum

5 years

of progressive experience in QHSE roles, with at least

3 years in a managerial capacity

within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

A strong experience within the manufacturing facility managing the quality of the product and responsible for the health & safety measures of the facility.

Preferably with electrical products manufacturing company.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.

Preferably with master’s or professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO Lead Auditor).

In-depth knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) and Saudi regulatory requirements.
