Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement Health Safety Environment plans.
Conduct risk assessments and investigate incidents.
Ensure compliance with all HSE regulations and ARAMCO approvals.
Coordinate Health, Safety, and Environment activities, supporting training and audits.
Maintain compliance with safety codes, fire codes, and high‑voltage safety in power generation.
Lead QA / QC teams, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, managing testing services and continuous improvement processes.
Evaluate fire loads, assess hazards, and train workforce on fire safety management.
Manage health and safety in pipeline projects, offshore & onshore, requiring NEBOSH certification and strong leadership skills.
Lead well intervention services, manage asset utilization, and ensure operational efficiency.
Conduct site inspections, develop HSE management systems, and promote a safety culture in civil construction and petrochemical projects.
Plan and coordinate occupational safety activities, monitor safety performance, and develop training programs for employees.
Provide engineering support in petrochemical projects, validating process designs and ensuring HSE compliance.
Operate complex equipment, ensure product quality, maintain safety standards, and coordinate activities among operators.
Supervise facility operations, vendors, develop maintenance schedules, and drive continuous improvement.
Prepare safety reports, coordinate emergency procedures, and maintain training records.
Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Health, Safety, or Environment.
NEBOSH IGC certification required; ARAMCO approvals preferred.
Experience of 5–16 years in HSE across Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Petrochemical, Civil Construction, and Facility Management.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment tools, audits, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Proficiency in managing safety audits, safety training, and emergency procedures.
Experience in operating complex equipment and maintaining safety standards while ensuring product quality.
