Job Title : Account Project Coordinator
Location : Riyadh, KSA (preferred; open to other KSA locations)
Contract : 3-month probation, with possibility of extension until end of 2025
Fee Range : 12K–16K SAR per month (depending on candidate's experience and interview result)
Per Diem & Accommodation : Provided only when working outside Riyadh
About the Role
We are seeking an Account Coordinator with experience in the events sector to support client management, daily operations, and bid submissions. This role requires precision, strong organizational skills, and confidence in liaising directly with clients across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Handle multiple bids simultaneously, liaising with various client points of contact (POCs)
- Assist in project planning and execution, including scheduling meetings, tracking progress, and maintaining documentation
- Act as a liaison between internal departments, facilitating communication and collaboration
- Manage bid submissions by uploading required documents to client portals
- Conduct research and analysis to support informed business decisions
- Assist in developing and implementing business strategies and initiatives
- Maintain an organized filing system for key documents and records
