About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Account Manager to support our growth in Experience Management solutions across all industries. This role involves direct sales, partner engagement, and account management.
You should have a strong track record in managing medium to high value accounts, preferably in technology / software sales. You will report to the Sales Manager and work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to grow business development, account management, and enterprise sales skills.
Your main duties will include :
1. Sales & Business Development
- Support the execution of go-to-market strategies to position our solutions across key verticals.
- Build and expand a pipeline of high-value opportunities through prospecting, networking, cold calling, referrals and events.
- Manage the sales cycle, from initial contact to proposal development.
- Identify new business opportunities, focusing on strategic accounts and large opportunities.
- Conduct and develop sales to achieve sales targets
2. Account Management & Ecosystem Engagement
Work closely with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction, business impact and long term relationships.Identify and execute cross-selling and upselling opportunities within Key AccountsNegotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in line with company policies.Conduct regular visits, product presentations, and follow-up meetings with clients.Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to develop tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.Conduct client meetings, presentations, and regular business reviews to drive engagement and trustBuild and maintain long-term strategic relationships with Tier 1 accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and forums.Develop sales forecasts and provide insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioningMaintain up-to-date CRM records with pipeline development, sales progress, and customer interactions.Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline progress, and market intelligence to the management.Ensure deal structures align with company revenue goals and profitability objectives.Get insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to influence company strategy.What We Expect From You
Required Experience & Skills
2-3 years of successful B2B sales experience preferably in technology / software solutions.Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building and client engagement.Some exposure to SaaS-based selling or enterprise-level customer engagement.Proven success in Account management, business development, and sales execution.Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English and Arabic.Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven sales planning.Strong organizational skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach.Comfortable with prospecting, cold outreach, and building a pipeline from the ground up.Proactive and driven to identify and pursue new business opportunities.Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with enterprise sales in KSA's public or private sectors is a plus.Exposure to CX technologies , AI-driven analytics , or customer experience platforms is beneficial.What You Can Expect from Us
