Overview

Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) is a world-class commercial organization experiencing double-digit growth as we expand into new payment flows and grow core card solutions. This role serves partners with merchant servicing needs in multiple CEMEA markets, and participates in expanding globally by delivering services with Merchants and other ecosystem players. The role reports to the B2B Acceptance team within VCS and focuses on building and expanding Merchant relationships in multiple CEMEA markets. The team identifies needs, assesses opportunities and options, and acts on our vision with strong execution. This role’s primary responsibilities include building and expanding merchant relationships and overseeing B2B acceptance opportunities. Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of top B2B merchants in Northern Africa, Levant, Pakistan, and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia markets who bring in +1B in payment volume for Visa. Oversee merchants with a consultative and strategic approach to understand their card acceptance processes and challenges. Identify B2B expansion opportunities with both accepting and non-accepting merchants-suppliers and expand B2B commercial volume through Acquisition-Expansion, Partnership, or Relationship management. Investigate with internal and external partners to understand business needs and local market conditions. Contribute leadership to the broader B2B Acceptance team and VCS organization. Ensure merchants-suppliers optimize their acceptance environment through appropriate tools and solutions. Actively develop acceptance deals with suppliers-merchants to position Visa as a preferred method for commercial payments. Drive analytics and deal-modeling leadership; partner with regional AEs and BDs, VBS Sales Specialists, Acquiring and Merchant teams, Pricing, and other functions. Note : Travel up to 10-20% of the time. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or at least 8 years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters / MBA / JD / MD), or at least 3 years with a PhD. Preferred Qualifications 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 8-10 years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 6+ years with a PhD. Extensive experience in business development, strategy, and relationship management. Expertise in building and managing relationships with stakeholders across large businesses. Experience and expertise in commercial payments with B2B merchants. Strong business, commercial, and financial acumen and political savvy to build credibility and guide key stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a challenger mindset. Client management experience, especially in a consulting environment. Ability to structure, manage, and coordinate complex cross-enterprise objectives with multiple senior-level stakeholders. Additional Information
