Job descriptionAt least 10 to 15 years\' experience in Oil & Gas industries. Experience within project management. Experience in projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia / Middle East. Experience in EPCC phase of large projects. Experience in negotiating contracts on behalf of operators, contractors, suppliers and consultants. Ability to liaise at all organizational levels and represent the project on contract related matters. Experience with multinational and multicultural task force team environments. Knowledge of safety and environmental aspects of major construction projects. Ability to adapt to changes and to work in an international multi-cultural project environment, with interpersonal skills, rigor and analytical thinking. Ability to work as a member of a project team, to liaise, coordinate and positively communicate with involved parties (Contractors, project entities, auditors, other discipline representatives, experts, PMT EPCC packages, etc.). The service holder is in charge : ensure that all contracting initiatives, decisions and commitments are recorded in an auditable manner. Provide negotiation support to package management team on contract deviations, including development and maintenance of deviation registers. Provide to package management the required expertise on EPC contract management related issues.

Estimated Service Duration : 12 months (renewable)
Service Status : Resident
Note : The service holder is in charge of contracting initiatives and related activities in accordance with project requirements.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Degree qualified with a professional contracts and procurement background and prior commercial experience.
- Refining and petrochemicals technologies.
- Good oral and written communication abilities and writing skills in English.
