Job descriptionAt least 10 to 15 years' experience in Oil & Gas industries Experience within project : Experience in projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia / Middle East. Experience in EPCC phase of large project. Experience in negotiating contracts on behalf of operators, contractors, suppliers and consultants An ability to liaise at all organizational level and represent the Project on contract related matters Experience with multinational and multicultural task force team environment. Knowledge of safety and environmental aspects of major construction projects. Ability to adapt to changes and to work in an international multi-cultural project environment, to cope in a positive and productive manner within intensive environment. Interpersonal skills, rigor and analytical mind. Ability to work as a member of a project Team, to liaise, coordinate and positively communicate with the involved different Parties (Contractors, project Entities, auditors, other disciplines representatives, experts, project people, PMT EPCC packages, etc.). Ensure that all contracting initiatives, decisions and commitments are recorded in an auditable manner Provide negotiation support to package management team on contract deviations including development and maintenance of deviation register. Provide to package management the require expertise on EPC contract management related issues

Location : Jubail, Saudi Arabia
Start Date : ASAP
Estimated Service Duration : 12 months (renewable)
Service Status : Resident
Qualification and Experience Required :
- Degree qualified with a professional contracts and procurement background and prior commercial experience.
- Refining and petrochemicals technologies.
- Good oral and written communication abilities and writing skills in English
