Overview
Represent the contract focal point among Proponent, Procurement, and Supplier. Responsibilities include supplier start up, daily administration of the contract, collection and formalization of amendment requests, identification and addressing of issues requiring contract interpretation, and monitoring of contract compliance, performance, and consumption.
Functional Duties
- Understand and monitor compliance of contract’s terms and conditions and define monitoring elements throughout post award contract lifecycle.
- Coordinate execution of contract mobilization activities and responsibilities, and handle communication to relevant internal stakeholders and supplier.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders for the collection and execution of requests for material / service / manpower.
- Coordinate with Finance to verify invoices and gather suitable approvals to execute payments.
- Collect documentation required to prepare contract amendments requests or address issues; and escalate to Procurement when necessary.
- Ensure all Sadara and supplier obligations are met and document contract post-close out feedback from stakeholders.
- Ensure appropriate record and documentation keeping and maintain a contract file reporting all issues identified and relevant resolutions.
- Provide supplier with any support needed to align with Sadara's EH&S requirements (e.g. access to copy of latest safety standards).
- Proactively apply knowledge of contractual operating parameters, dynamics of integrated processes and supplier capabilities to enhance anticipate execution scenarios and forecasting.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
