Idaratech is a forward‑thinking technology organisation seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales & Marketing to join our leadership team. The position is Full‑Time and based in our Jeddah, Saudi Arabia office. The successful candidate will develop and execute innovative commercial strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and lead our sales and marketing teams.

The company is entering a high‑growth phase with national‑scale partnerships, starting with the Mudad campaign reaching 400,000 Saudi SMEs, and is seeking a leader who can translate this momentum into measurable, scalable revenue growth.

The Role

Idaratech is hiring a Head of Sales and Marketing to lead its growth engine, uniting performance marketing, SDRs, and Sales under one revenue strategy. The role owns the full funnel from digital campaigns and lead generation to conversion, retention, and renewals, and reports directly to the Vice President.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Idaratech’s integrated sales and marketing strategy to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
• Lead and coach the Sales and SDR teams (+25 members)
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google with a focus on conversion performance
• Design playbooks and sales funnels for strategic partnerships (Mudad, Qoyod, Tameeni, Muqeem)
• Align and optimize the entire customer journey through Odoo CRM and Sadad payment data
• Report to the Vice President with forecasts, KPIs, and data‑driven recommendations
