Overview
The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue increase brand awareness and maintain a competitive edge in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.Identify and build relationships with key corporate clients travel agents and event planners.Manage group bookings and negotiate contracts.Marketing Strategy
Create marketing campaigns to promote hotel services events and packages.Oversee digital marketing efforts including social media SEO and paid ads.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies.Team Management
Lead and train sales and marketing teams.Set performance goals and monitor achievements.Collaboration
Work with F&B events and frontoffice teams to align promotional efforts.Coordinate with external vendors for branding and advertising needs.Reporting
Track and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics.Prepare regular reports for senior management.Requirements
Proven experience in hospitality sales and marketing.Strong leadership and negotiation skills.Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies.Excellent communication and networking abilities.Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or Hospitality Management (preferred).Employment Type
