Role Description

The Golden Goose Store Manager will oversee all daily operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences and efficient retail processes. Responsibilities include managing store staff, achieving sales targets, maintaining inventory control, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. The manager will also lead, train, and motivate the team, foster customer loyalty, and ensure the store aligns with the company's values and standards. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Riyadh.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to foster a high‑quality shopping experience.
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
• Proven experience in Store Management and retail operations, including managing teams and overseeing performance.
• Knowledge and experience in Retail Loss Prevention strategies to minimize risks and optimize store performance.
• Proficiency in inventory management and sales performance analysis is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment and adapt to changes swiftly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in the fashion and luxury retail sector is highly advantageous.
