Job descriptionDevelop and implement strategic B2B sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand the company's customer base and partnerships. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. Drive the sales process from prospecting to closure, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and contract signing. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to deliver seamless customer solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and recommending appropriate solutions to meet their needs. Over 5 years of experience in sales, including more than 2 years in a leadership role managing remote teams. Proven success in B2B sales within the SaaS and AI solutions industries, with a strong track record of building strategic partnerships and exceeding revenue targets. Familiarity with selling into HR and L&D leadership, as well as experience with Human Capital Management solutions. Prior experience working in fast‑paced startup environments. Strong professional network of business leaders across Saudi Arabia. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
