The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth. This role involves developing business development strategies, building relationships with clients and partners, and negotiating contracts.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement business development strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategies.
Client & Partner Relations :
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and identify opportunities.
Analytics & Performance Monitoring :
- Prepare business development reports and presentations to evaluate success.
- Stay updated on market trends and best practices to enhance strategies.
- Generate detailed reports to inform future business development initiatives.
Negotiation & Contract Management :
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business.
- Proactively suggest new business opportunities and strategies.
Key Qualifications :
- 4+ years of experience in business development.
- Strong understanding of business development strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Experience with market analysis.
- Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships.
- Experience in contract negotiation is a plus.
