In this new role, you will be a part of our Motorola smartphone team and you will be responsible for the KSA business. You will lead a team of our key account managers. You will have a mission to grow our sales, and motivate & develop your team members. You will be in charge of managing our sales strategy for KSA with our main customers and delivering results as planned.

What will be your responsibilities once you join our team?

• Be responsible for handling P&L and assist in the resolution of market access and customer issues as necessary
• Lead local sales team to ensure profitable business growth in the market and bring the organization to the next level
• Report business status to the MEA level
• Identify, develop, and close key sales opportunities with new customers
• Responsible for sales and marketing strategy planning and execution
• Produce and deliver formal business proposals and presentations to the targeted customer base
• Create and present customer proposals and quotations where applicable
• Create cooperative business plans with customers and their partners, and help to define new business models to drive growth
• Research, define & recommend an overall "go to market" strategy
