or follow us on .Learn more about our career opportunities at : The Senior Performance Manager leads performance monitoring, analyses operational metrics, and drives improvements to meet the Employer’s objectives. Candidates should possess a degree in Business or Operations Management, at least 15 years of experience in performance management, and demonstrate strong analytical and decision-making skills.They shall ensure that each O&M Contractor meets their contractual requirements in terms of operational performance. They will also have experience in operations planning for a driverless metro and will be responsible for tracking and analysing deviations from targeted performance levels, ensuring that O&M Contractors propose and successfully implement corrective measures.They are responsible for measuring each O&M Contractor’s KPI performance and must be capable of evaluating and adjusting performance where and when required. The Senior Performance Manager shall also be responsible for monitoring, auditing, and reporting on the KPI regime.
