Job Title : Operation Manager / Deputy General Manager

Qualifications

Qualifications : Master degree in Science or Bachelor of Engineering degree (Civil, Mechanical or equivalent Project Management Professional or MBA desirable Postgraduate / Diploma in Industrial Management is advantage.

Experience

Experience : Minimum 20 years with last 5 years in similar position. Experience in Oil & Gas Sector – Construction & Rental Industry in Company of Multi Billion US$ projects.

Responsibilities

• Holds with full responsibility and accountability for successful implementation, delivery and signoff of all construction and environmental projects within the budget and scope exceeding client expectation.
• Holds with full responsibility and accountability for the organizational business growth and revenue generation through new profitable business and maintenance and retention of existing business.
• Ensures Project Management and Business Development strategies and related strategic plans are developed, communicated (vertical / horizontal) and implemented which are aligned with the vision and mission of Bin Quraya
• Oversees the implementation of the operations plans, objectives and projects progress to ensure that the financial targets are achieved.
• To ensure operational policies are developed, approved in coordination with the corporate development department and ensure total compliance.
