Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage banquet events, ensuring all client requirements are met.
- Supervise and train banquet staff, including servers, bartenders, and setup crews.
- Coordinate with the sales, culinary, and event planning teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Oversee the setup, breakdown, and cleanliness of banquet spaces.
- Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and manage purchasing as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize operational efficiency.
- Create detailed reports post-event, including feedback and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field (preferred).2+ years of experience in banquet operations or event management.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Seniority level : Mid-Senior level
