Lead and improve customer service teams, focusing on digital channels and SAMA compliance.
Responsibilities :
- Enhance digital customer service strategies.
- Monitor KPIs for service effectiveness.
- Foster a customer-centric culture.
- Resolve complaints per SAMA regulations.
