Shear International Co. Ltd is seeking a highly experienced and driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) for their Steel Foundry and Iron Casting Factory in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As COO, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the company, ensuring efficient and effective execution of strategic initiatives. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with other senior leaders to drive growth and profitability. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational plans aligned with the company's overall strategic objectives.
• Oversee the daily operations of various departments, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
• Manage budgets and financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue generation.
• Lead and motivate teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legal requirements.
